Who we are

The idea for Florida Home Sweet Stay sprang from a memorable trip to Florida. Being Florida raised, my husband and I chose to visit during Valentine's Day 2021. It was my husband's first time in the state, and our real estate agent graciously guided us through several homes. After exploring these properties, we realized it was the perfect moment to launch our own vacation rental management company with our properties.  Over the past four years, we've successfully managed our properties on Airbnb as Superhosts, and now we’re excited to extend our expertise to help other hosts enhance their hosting services through Airbnb. Additionally, we’re in the process of developing more management services that will be available soon.

Sure, I juggle a few other entrepreneurial hats with my husband Jose, but nothing beats the joy of creating stays that guests rave about.     My partner and wife, Liz, is the mastermind behind the overall management of our properties. Her uncanny ability to handle everything property-related is nothing short of incredible—she makes juggling tasks look like a walk in the park. Meanwhile, I roll up my sleeves and tackle the property repairs and handyman jobs—think of me as the fix-it guy bringing our properties back to life one job at a time. Together, Liz and I have been business partners for over 7 years, and we’re proudly blessed to say it’s been a journey filled with great success and even greater adventures.
